TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HEIWA HOUSE (Heiwa Solution SA)
1. Application and Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Heiwa Solution SA (the "Host"). The "Guest" refers to any person who has made a booking.
2. Rental Agreement and Usage
a. Usage: The accommodation is for private residential use only. Subletting is prohibited.
b. Commercial Use: Any commercial use (film shoots, photo sessions, client meetings, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.
c. Capacity: Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in the booking. Failure to comply may lead to immediate termination without refund.
d. Quiet Hours: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Guests must respect the neighbors' peace (quiet hours from 10:00 PM).
e. Liability: The Host is not liable for theft or accidents on the premises. Guests must hold their own personal liability insurance (RC).
3. Price, Payment, and Taxes
a. Prices are in CHF, including VAT.
b. Tourist Tax: This is mandatory and added to the price according to local regulations.
c. Full payment is required to guarantee access to the property.
4. Security Deposit and Registration (Duve)
a. Online check-in via Duve is mandatory (ID verification and security deposit).
b. The deposit is a bank pre-authorization, released after departure if no damage is found.
c. Any damage exceeding the deposit amount will be billed in full to the Guest.
5. Cancellation Policy
Unless specific conditions are mentioned at the time of booking (e.g., non-refundable rate), the following rules apply:
a. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
b. Between 14 and 29 days: 50% refund.
c. Less than 14 days: no refund.
6. Check-in and Check-out
a. Check-in from 5:00 PM | Check-out before 11:00 AM.
b. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged CHF 50 per hour.
7. Immediate Termination
The Host reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately and without refund in case of dangerous behavior, major noise disturbance, unauthorized commercial use, unauthorized pets, or smoking inside the premises.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sierre (Valais).
