Positive: Very nice practical apartment. In very good shape. Very clean. 2 bathrooms. Negative: Quite a bit further away from all the commodities. Count a 15mins walk to get to Montana center. Otherwise bus stop just by the garage about 3 times per hour can be a good alternative.
