Positive: Exceptional central location. A garage is available, though it is very narrow and poorly lit, particularly challenging for larger vehicles. A coffee machine with capsules was provided.In general, the studio is reasonably equipped. Negative: The stay was uncomfortable overall. The studio is located in the basement, which was not disclosed in the listing (floor -2), and receives very limited natural light, even during the day. The small terrace is positioned in a dark corner of the building and did not feel private. The studio is directly next to the ski storage area, resulting in frequent noise, especially during ski season. Sound insulation was poor, with clear noise from neighbors and building activity. Sleep was significantly disrupted both nights. Cleanliness needs improvement. Checkout requirements were excessive and not transparently communicated in advance on booking platform, including removing bed sheets, washing dishes, and transporting trash in a special bag to containers located far outside the building. This felt unreasonable given the location and price. Critical details — including the basement location, proximity to ski storage, noise exposure, and checkout obligations — were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. I would not return and would not recommend this accommodation to solo female travelers or anyone sensitive to light, noise, or comfort.

Prix / prestations au top Positive: Tout d'abord la communication avec notre hôte qui a été exceptionnelle. Dès la confirmation de la réservation, nous avons reçu toutes les informations très détaillées pour accéder au logement, au parking et faciliter notre séjour. C'est très agréable et cela met en confiance. Le logement est stratégiquement très bien situé au centre ville. Il était très propre et super bien organisé pour un studio. Il ne manquait rien. Le garage à disposition est très appréciable. C'est un vrai plus pour Crans Montana. Le petit bout de jardin avec la vue sur la forêt est très sympa, c'est même surprenant car on ne s'y attend pas. Au final un rapport prix/prestations au top. Negative: L'accès au studio par le deuxième sous-sol est un peu déconcertant mais c'est un détail. Jardin sympa mais sans intimité.

C'était bien, navette bus gratuite sur toute la région. Positive: Pris nous-même Negative: Le parking, pas trouvé au début, au bout de la route, pas d'indication ( détail)
