« Zunächst verwirren aber ein schönes Erlebnis Positive: Das Design und das Personal am Telefon, die Sauberkeit und Lage. Negative: Ich hatte noch keine Erfahrung mit Hotels ohne anwesendes Personal, bei dem man den Schlüssel mit einem Code holen musste. Damit verbunden: Die Flut von Emails, die irgendwann ignoriert habe, weswegen ich die Anweisungen nicht bemerkt hatte. »
