Very nice but serious flaws which should be sorted out with them upfront Positive: It is generally nice, fairly light and facing a magnificent, majestic view onto mountains. It has large windows, 2 doors and thus easy access to a patio/garden type surface outside (plus point in its own right. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite to the master bedroom. The “kitchen”/kitchen wall more likely…. The has to share was being quasi the dining room, is fairly well equipped. Negative: The property is advertised as one of the main decisive features for which to take it that it is wheelchair and therefore disabled accessible and friendly. However, with wheelchairs of a certain size you cannot enter out of the bathrooms. Now that’s of course, not much sense of the PMR flat is it?? Further them all the access for the wheelchair is really far too convoluted, through that silly garage downstairs, that narrow hallway and elevator that follow it. The bedroom with the double bed is a catastrophe. Firstly it is criminally small the room generally and you just cannot get around both sides of the bed unless you keep on moving this whole entire big bed around left right and centre. And even then you have to be careful that you don’t block the door from being openable. That bed is too small for two people of a certain size (and while it is maybe not ideal at all to be fat, I don’t think you can legislate on how big people are allowed to be to qualify for renting your flat). I’m really lurid about this. Equally or more zero I am that the room next door with the one bed has its closed cupboard closed. You do not rent out rooms for six people if in one room you cannot overcome your privacy pride of providing noch…. A cupboard as well for people stuff.!! I am sorry, but I just do not like at all. I didn’t get on well with that agency (Heiwa House Team - who are they? No one confirmed with their name there - it’s something really dodgy with that company - because the owner’s brother-in-law who on the spot looks after the flat, Alexander, and who is very very nice and helpful and forthcoming and everything, guess what, he doesn’t know him and has nothing to do with them! They are so nasty and being very strict and not complying with any Gd forbid extra wish. They didn’t put that onto the owners cap, but I don’t think it is the owner who’s got anything against this at all.
