Overall did not think this property was safe from an electrics or fire risk Positive: Location is excellent, right next to ski station and supermarket Negative: Lack of any fire safety procedures or equipment in the apartment or building. It is an old building and there were no fire exits marked or fire extinguishers. I struggle to believe this meets fire regulations. The electrics in the apartment were unreliable and highly concerning. The fuse blew twice with the bedroom lights and the kitchen appliances not working. We tripped the switch and then the oven would work intermittently and the bedroom lights would only work if we switched on the oven…. An electrician then came out and “fixed” it but kindly gave us another fuse in case it happened again….which it did. This all happened on our 5th night and we decided to leave earlier than planned because it genuinely did not feel safe.

Not recommended Positive: The building is conveniently located close to the ski lift. However, the apartment faces a garbage disposal area and a large parking lot, which can be very noisy, even at night. I had to sleep with earplugs because of the noise Negative: I would not rent this apartment again and would recommend revising the listing description. The apartment is not spacious at all — although it is advertised as 75 m², the usable space where you can actually stand upright is closer to 30 m². The second floor is under very low ceilings/ not a proper floor and I would not know how to access the bath in or out. I hit my head several times a day. Also the building itself isn't very spacious. The ski storage room is tiny, and accessing the cellar is impossible if you have a ski box on your car.

Duplex charmant au pied des pistes de ski, un luxe ! Positive: Proximité de la télécabine, côté cosy de l'appartement, linges, draps et vaisselle en suffisance, au calme. Negative: Manque de place pour ranger l'épicerie et les courses. Pas de lave-vaisselle.

Positive: -Sehr gute Lage, coop direkt nebenan und die skistation ganz in der nähe! -Kleine gemütliche Wohnung auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. -Check In sehr gut! Negative: -Skiraum sehr eng -Küche kaum Arbeitsfläche, wir assen aber auswärts

Fonctionnel & sans charme Positive: Super proximité des remontées mécaniques, restaurants et magasins. Negative: Bâtiment vétuste, couloirs sordides, logement fonctionnel mais sans charme, un règlement stricte, bruit nocturne le vendredi soir car à proximité d une „discothèque „
