Positive: Sehr gute Beschreibung wie man zum Wohnungschlüssel kommt. Gute Doku allgemein. Balkon top. Sehr sauber. Alles automatisiert bezüglich Kommunikation, wenn man das mag. Negative: Kommunikation leider nur per Email. Es hat zwar immer jemand geantwortet aber halt nicht per Telefon. Keine Lagerung für Velos möglich. Kein Ekektro Anschluss. Die Küche könnte noch besser ausgestattet sein, Topflappen für Backofen. Abwaschlappen, Schwingbesen.
