Positive: The location Negative: I recently stayed at a property managed by Haiwa Solutions for 5 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the pillows provided were extremely uncomfortable, resembling a bag of socks. When I requested better pillows, I was informed that there were no other options available. This was particularly frustrating as both the bed and the sofa bed were equally uncomfortable. Additionally, despite our 5-night stay, we were only given two dishwasher tablets and one bin bag. The town requires specific bin bags for garbage disposal, and one bag was clearly insufficient for our stay. When I asked for more, the host told me there weren't any and suggested I buy them myself. It seems that guests are expected to purchase cleaning products for the apartment, which is quite unreasonable. After several nights of poor sleep due to the uncomfortable pillows, I requested to keep our car in the parking lot for a few extra hours after checkout. The host declined, stating that the cleaner needed the space, but offered a late checkout for an additional 90 Swiss Francs. This made it clear that the service is available, but only if you pay extra. Overall, this experience highlighted the issues with booking through companies like Haiwa Solutions. They lack the personal touch and customer-focused service that you would expect from individual hosts or traditional hotels. It feels like they prioritize cost-saving over guest comfort, which is disappointing when you're spending your hard-earned money on a holiday. I usually prefer to book with businesses that offer a more human-centric approach to hosting, and this experience has reinforced that preference.

L’appartamento è carino, ma non idoneo al soggiorno di quattro adulti. Molto rumoroso perché le finestre danno su una st Positive: La posizione e la pulizia Negative: Siamo arrivati alle 23.00, dopo aver avvertito il nostro referente, ma il portone dello stabile era chiuso e nessuno ci ha informato su come fare per entrare e raggiungere l’appartamento.

One week in the mountains with kids Positive: The location and facilities were great. It is a small, but modern apartment. The baby cot is provided for free. It could be perfect for a couple or a family with a kid that planned a short vacation in the mountains. Negative: The bed is probably around 140cm wide, which is not very convenient for 2 adults. Other than that, we had a small issue with the miscalculation of the tourist tax - it should not be paid for kids below 6 years old. Nevertheless, we were happy with the place.
