An ideal weekend retreat right next to the Bains de Saillon and the mountains. Positive: We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Saillon. The place is large, clean, bright, quiet and very well located right next to the baths complex and restaurants; perfect for a relaxing weekend. Negative: One thing to note is that the management company feels quite corporate and lacks a bit of the personal touch you might expect in a holiday rental. While they were helpful in confirming that bed linen was provided, any request for flexibility (such as dropping off luggage a little earlier if the apartment was already empty) came with predefined “early check-in” options at surprisingly high prices. Given that check-in is done via a key safe with no human intervention, it felt a bit excessive. Overall, the apartment itself is great, but guests should be aware that the management style is more hotel-chain-like than personal.

Positive: Le logement est agréable. bel appartement traversant avec un grand salon avec cuisine et deux grands balcons donnant sur les montagnes et les vignes. Negative: Malheureusement, l'annonce indique deux chambres sans préciser que l'une d'elle est, en réalité, le salon avec un canapé-lit.

Positive: Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Obstplantagen hinweg auf die Berge und das Tal hinauf. Exzellente und große Küchenzeile. Zwei winddichte und überdachte Terrassen. Ein Aufzug. Was will man mehr?? Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten die Wohnung vergünstigt. Zum Normalpreis hätten wir sie uns wahrscheinlich nicht geleistet. Negative: 1. Bei Ankunft lag auf der Küchenzeile ein Häufchen Brosamen (vergessen?) und das Sofa war auch hier und da verkrümelt. 2. Im Schlafzimmer kam uns beim Verschieben der Gardine die Gardinenstange von oben entgegen und hätte uns fast verletzt. Grund: Ein Endstück fehlte und liegt stattdessen im Nachttischchen und wartet auf Reparatur.

Service à améliorer Positive: L'appartement est propre et moderne. Il est situé tout près des bains thermaux. L'accès facile avec l'ascenseur. Place de parc à disposition. Negative: En réservant le matin, l'hôte ne savait pas que nous arrivions le soir même. En conséquence, l'appartement n'était pas préparé. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de lit bébé ni de chaise-haute comme mentionné dans la réservation. Les affaires pour faire dormir notre enfant de 18 mois ne sont arrivées que le lendemain à 17h30 malgré les téléphones et messages avec l'hôte. Le canapé-lit n'avait qu'un vieil édredon pour une personne en guise de duvet.
