Nach etlichen Nachrichten vor /während des Aufenthalts, die einen schönen Aufenthalt wünschen und bei Problemen solle man sich melden, hätte ich mehr Gastfreundlichkeit erwartet. Zumal bei diesen Übernachtungspreisen.

Efficient, friendly and timely (electronic) exchange with landlord's representative. Negative: Front door rather thin, every step/conversation/noise in the hallway is heard in the studio, adding some insulation (covering with felt, rubber frame, etc.) would make a significant difference
