Adequate, good location. Positive: Positives; Overall, the apartment met our needs. It is across from a bus stop and very close to a grocery store. Quiet except for road noise. Negative: There are over 55 accommodations in the three towns that offer the SaastalCard which covers free use of cable cars and buses in the Saas Valley. As avid hikers who planned to use the lifts often, it was very important to us. I hadn’t realized that this accommodation didn’t offer it until just before I left for Switzerland, so I contacted them and asked about it. They said they didn’t offer it but I was told that I would receive the guest card which has many discounts. After I arrived, I was first told that “due to constraints, we are currently unable to offer guest cards.” The next day I was told “it is clearly mentioned in the listing that this accommodation does not include the guest card.” I didn’t appreciate the lies. If I had this known previously, I would have booked someplace else. Our only recourse was to then buy the “Swiss Travel Card 1/2 price” discount for over two hundred dollars. Negatives; We only found one decent restaurant in Saas Grund (Hotel Alpha). Shower was extremely small. Ceiling is 6’-2”. I’m 6’-0. Shower nozzle is five feet. There are no curtains in the bathroom (remember bus stop across the street) Check-in is 5 pm and they are very strict about it. The apartment wasn’t cleaned until just before 5 pm. They charge extra for early check-in and late check-out. Accommodation managed by an outside management company, no one local to talk to. They were quick with responses though.

Comfortable and pleasant place for a holiday Positive: Very nice and clean appartament with evrything what we need . The bus station is in front of the house, Coop supermarket near by. We will koming back for sure !!!
