Positive: Location, location and location !

Overall, our stay was good & very happy with the location of the apartment. Great support by Heiwa. Positive: The location was perfect! The Cry d’Er gondola base station for the slopes was very close if you walk through the parking area. Otherwise, I personally found it difficult to walk about 500–600 meters in ski boots to reach the base station (especially if you’re carrying your own ski equipment rather than using rentals). The communication with the management company was excellent! Negative: I wasn’t very satisfied with the ski storage room (located in the same building as the apartment). It was a small space and there wasn’t clear signage indicating which door to use to reach the correct ski locker number. I personally found it difficult to go down to level -3 and walk around in ski boots to access my locker. There wasn’t enough space to leave our ski boots either (we had three pairs). I was also not satisfied with the electrical sockets. There was only one socket with a limited extension for charging three people’s mobile phones, iPads, smartwatches and laptops, so we had to take turns. There was one more socket near the couch, but it didn’t have an extension. We stayed for 7 nights and there was no cleaning service at all, unless you cleaned the apartment yourself. After skiing for 8 hours, I didn’t have the energy to clean properly, only the basics. There are three final things I didn’t like: a) Having to use the same towels for 7 days. b) Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided upon arrival — I had to buy additional toilet paper for the rest of our stay. c) The sofa mattress was in poor condition. Please allow me to say that the mattress is very important — after skiing all day, your body really needs proper rest to be ready for the next morning’s activities :)

Appartement sale et en mauvais état Positive: Emplacement Negative: C’était sale (dessus de l’armoire à pharmacie plein de poussière - je m’en suis rendu compte car j’avais laissé ma trousse dessus) les draps du canapé semblaient ne pas avoir été lavés ils sentaient mauvais Le lit à deux étages est fissuré au niveau de l’échelle et est instable Le mobilier est vétuste et abîmé, tout mériterait une grande rénovation Pas digne du prix et des standards de crans.

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Très bien situé. Positive: Central, propre, fonctionnel, confortable. Negative: La salle de bain un peu vieillotte.

Pulito e in centro! Positive: Ottima posizione e prezzo. Check in facile. Pulizia veramente TOP. Negative: Troppi messaggi dall'agenzia dell'appartamento. Check in alle 17 è improponibile se il check out è alle 11. C'era una finestra rotta, riparata con mezzi discutibili. Se ci fosse stata una tempesta o un bambino è molto pericoloso. Penso il proprietario non abbia avuto modo di metterla a posto, ma sarebbe stato utile essere avvisati.
